Cancellation Policy
The Client understands that coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health services, or medical care, and therefore should not be used as a substitute for professional advice from legal, medical, or other qualified professionals. Term: This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 2 months for Individual coaching, 6 months for group members. Sessions: The Coach will provide 2 sessions per month for individuals and 4 sessions for group members. Initial Session: One (1) 30-minute welcome session in addition. Method of Delivery: Sessions will be conducted via video call at times mutually agreed upon in advance. Communication between Sessions: The Coach is available for brief check-ins via text (607-244-9270) or email (stacie9270@gmail.com) between 12 PM and 5:00 PM EST. The Coach aims to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours. Fees: The total fee for this Agreement is $200.00. Payment Schedule: $200 is due upon signing, and clients may repeat the cycle upon agreement. Professional Standards: The Coach will adhere to the NBC-HWC code of ethics regarding professional conduct. The Client is encouraged to review these standards in the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice. If the Client elects to discontinue sessions, any refund due will be prorated at fifty dollars ($50) per unused session. A processing fee related to online banking transactions will be deducted from the refund amount. No‑call, no‑show sessions are not eligible for refund and remain fully chargeable. Client Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for being honest, making decisions, taking actions, and following results. The Coach provides guidance, but the Client maintains full autonomy. The Coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information the Client shares during sessions. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is: (a) already known to the Coach; (b) independently developed by the Coach; (c) required to be produced by law or court order; or (d) indicates an imminent risk of danger to the Client or others. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach
