How is your New Year's Resolution coming?
I had a ride in January. We had a ride, actually. Many thoughts came and went away during the ride. Halfway through the year, I went back and regrouped at this time. You, too, have a chance to reflect on your progress, don't you? January Ride https://video.wixstatic.com/video/b7ae90_ee3b1c1dda92434bb3c1196d02fb0caa/720p/mp4/file.mp4

More Nature Please
In Japanese culture, being in the forest is part of common health practice. I can not explain all the benefits of periodically being in nature. but it has been my lifestyle to go outside just to breathe. We don't have to know all the details, but we desire to escape from all living stressors to being in nature alone. We may take a few comfortable relationships with us, either dogs, spouses, or children. Lifestyle medicine consistently suggests including nature as a part of th

Finding your artistic senses
Fall makes me do my inner work. What is my priority in life? Wellness is a state of mind in which you believe you can achieve your life goal. Even if you are ill, you can be well. I find my wellness watching these outstanding artworks on the street. I admire the artist and appreciate the work.

Walking Meditation
Whether you are morning person or a night person, taking time for yourself in the forest will bring mental energy to tackle life events. On the way to walk, I found a quiet friend, we didn't have to talk, but we shared the love of silence. The torn American flag hanging barely on the post reminds me of how hard we try to survive with the ideology that we believe in this country. Ahh~. Above all, I live, love, and continue.

I am part of the Echosystem
Do you think that climate change can affect your health? We agree that our environment affects our health to a certain degree, but we never imagine a direct impact on chronic diseases like diabetes. The article talks about blood vessel damage from diabetes makes the person harder to cool down and it puts them at higher risk for arrhythmia. People with chronic conditions, especially those without air-conditioning systems, face challenges in managing their health conditions wit

Love of lakes
I love lakes starting with Finger Lakes: Cayuga, Seneca, Canandaigua, and Keuka. As you travel, Lake Erie, Onondaga, and don't forget Skaneateles; We used to ride around these water regions in NY. After moving to the southern area, we visited some of the Florida lakes, Lake Oconee in GA, Smith Mountain, and Kerr Lakes in VA captured our hearts. What keeps us going is to find what we fall in love with.

Nature deprivation and our wellbeing
This study reminds us of what we are missing from industrialization. The longer we are away from nature, the more we feel depressed. Being in nature gives us the strength to cope with life stresses. I want to get away so bad~
Life brings us down sometimes. That time, we needed to get out, and it always took us back to reality- whatever we name it. After we feel grounded, we are ready to get back on again.
