The more you walk, the longer you are going to live.

We know exercise is good for overall health. Researchers did an obervational study and found regardless of health conditions or intensity of the steps, people who walk more than 8,000 steps per day significantly live longer. Of course, it does not mean walking until you are exhausted.

Speaking of walking. Ranger and I have taken up the 30 Mile Walk with your K-9. Today was our first day of training, and we logged 3.7 miles! Let's do this to stop Veteran Suicide now !
